What is Sonic Slim
Sonic Slim is a course of treatment to allow spot reduction of fat from most
areas of the body, that works
in conjuction with our 30 minute exercise circuit.

The Sonic Slim programme
The treatment programme consists of 5-10 sessions over a 1 to 5 week period
targeting your problem spot. After the Sonic part of the treatment - which
causes the fat cells in the problem area to release fatty acids into the blood
stream at least 20 minutes of exercise is required. Using the Women's Workout
fun 30 minute exercise programme is an ideal way of burning off the fatty
acids.
Sonic Slim is available to members and non members. For non members the price
