Women's Workout was founded in 2002 by Christine Ashton. Over the years the dedication of Christine and her team have helped many hundreds of women in the Bournemouth area improve their life and feel good, by offering an enjoyable way to get fit.

We have two locations, Christchurch and Bournemouth, both located in the heart of the community. You can contact us by phone during our opening hours or by email.

Christchurch

Located on the high street, the gym has easy access. With its bright colours and natural light the gym has a warm welcoming atmosphere.
