Hi I'm Christine founder of Women's Workout. Our aim is to hep women feel and be
their best. Many women tell me they want to enjoy the benefits of fitness and regular exercise, but are
put off from joining a gym or leisure centre for three key reasons, cost, time
and intimidation.
Intimidation - the fear of not fitting into health club environment, coupled
with the fear of not being able to do what the instructor asks them, prevents
most women from even walking into a gym. With Women's Workout these fears are
addressed. By using a special type of equipment designed specifically for women,
member's work out is a combination of hydraulic resistance machines and
cardiovascular (aerobic) stations set-up in intervals. Hydraulic equipment is
used as it automatically adjusts to the users fitness level and prevents
soreness and strains. Best of all there are no mirrors or men, just other women
providing a supportive environment and specially picked and trained staff. In
addition to the comfortable setting, users of the circuit get a great workout in
just 30 minutes, burning calories, fat and adding muscle tone to feel good and
look great- all at an intensity that is suited to their personal fitness.
The circuit is arranged in a circle to encourage social contact, so not only
will you improve your fitness your also going to have a laugh as well! With
various membership plans available, costing from £7 per week, Women's Workout

Our routine includes all six of the major exercises required for a complete
workout:
- Warm Up
- Aerobic Exercise (also known as cardio vascular or CV)
- Resistance (Strength) Training for toning, weight loss and anti aging
- Core Stability
- Cool Down
- Stretch Out
